As part of their their migration to Magento 2, LSA asked us to design a new seamless, customer-centered account, basket and checkout experience.
Following their online rebrand, my task was to find a contemporary, transparent yet elegant design language that would fit naturally with the rest of their online channels.
With a focus on conversion and customer satisfaction, I did extended research in purchase and post-purchase journeys within retail, food, travel and banking industries.
I delivered an incredibly detailed design system and prototypes that facilitated a smooth and efficient delivery for development, getting this part of the site live in just a matter of weeks.
The complete journey has been an immense success for LSA, improving considerably not only their conversion, but also customer satisfaction and the overall brand relationship with its audience.
